McCarthy Homes Inc. is a full service design/build custom home builder.  Dedicated to provide the homeowner with the highest quality and service in a professional manner in every custom home we build.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Dan is married and lives in Longmont Colorado.  He grew up in the suburbs of Southern NJ, 20 miles outside of Philadelphia, PA.  His interests include the outdoors, science, architecture and fixing up homes.  He attended Rutgers University, NJ; He studied Architecture and Engineering.

BUILDING EXPERIENCE
Dan McCarthy is a Builder and a Designer. We can work with a team of Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers. Dan has been a carpenter in the home building industry since 1976.  He has been a carpenter contractor since 1982.  He started his business in Boulder in 1993: McCarthy Building and Remodeling Inc. specializing in the framing of custom homes.  Since 1997 McCarthy Homes Inc. has specialized in Design / Build custom homes. Dan continues to build in many developments throughout Boulder and Weld County such as Legend Ridge, Lake McIntosh Farms, Candlelight Ridge, Rainbow Ridge Estates, Mulligan Lake Estates and Creekside.  McCarthy has also worked in Somerset Estates, Waterford, Waterstone, Lake Valley Golf Course, Four Mile Creek and Denver Country Club.

POINTS OF INTEREST
Winner of the “Gold Award” for the Best home from $500,000 - $1,000,000 in the HBA Tour of Homes in the fall of 2000. Member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver (Boulder Chapter).  McCarthy Homes Inc. has hands on approach from Start to finish literally (proper placement of home on the site, to every last detail).  McCarthy utilizes a full support group of Professional, Local craftsman, subcontractors, and artisans.
